December 14, 2013–State number 24 with the Hoover Dam Half Marathon in Boulder City, Nevada. This race was by far the most difficult half I have ever done with much of it on groomed gravel trail and very hilly. But it was also probably the most natural beautiful. It felt so good to run along Lake Mead that I shouted “thank you” right out loud. Time 3:18:30.
