November 14, 2015 in Battle Creek we did another 5k and 10k at the Road Hawg Classic. We did these races on a whim. We needed some airline miles and needed to find somewhere inexpensive to fly. This race was on the Airforce Reserve Base and due to heightened alert in the world, we had to have our rental car inspected on the way in. We thought that might slow things down, but they were completely efficient and polite. The race was fun too, and Glenda won an award that had to be shipped home (looked like a mortar shell). My time was 43:31 for the 5K.
1 and 2 again, just like Idaho a week ago!
