On February 9, 2014 I hit the halfway mark on my quest to race in all the states, by doing the South Midwest Regional Championship duathlon…the Frost Yer Fanny Du in Shreveport LA. It was a cold, drizzly day…not really what you want for a Du, plus is was the longest duathlon cycling course I had ever done. Still it was a good time! The whole race took me 2:14:53.
