On April 16, 2016 I ran my first Trail Assail 5k, the Run from the Tax Man race at Lapham park near Delafield, WI in Waukesha county. I don’t remember my time…but it was not fast as there was a fair amount of single track, not to mention the climb of the Lapham Peak Tower as part of the race. It was fun and led Glenda and I to run other races in the series.
Me, post race…I never found the ice cream truck that my shirt says I’m looking for.
