On June 15, 2014, Father’s Day of the Trifecta weekend we ran the Greater Baltimore Medical Center’s Father’s Day 5K. In contrast to Delaware and DC, which were flat…this course was a hill workout. But the day was perfectly gorgeous and despite two earlier race this one went well. Glenda ran a 20:26 (and won first woman overall AGAIN!). Despite the hilly terrain, I ran a reasonable 42:21, and checked off state number 29!
Poe, the Baltimore Ravens’ mascot was there to greet the runners before the race.
